A real question was put to AI Macx. Here is the answer we were willing to publish.
Each paper takes a question from real deployment work and publishes the reasoning instead of the capability list. Customer data, credentials, prompts, thresholds, schemas, and infrastructure stay out. The architecture, the governance decisions, and the failures stay in. Every paper carries a section on what failed, and at least one failure in each is still unresolved ... because an architecture that has only ever worked has not been run.
On what is withheld
Where a paper describes a deployment, it describes one operating layer in production with identifying detail removed ... not a composite, and we would rather say that than imply a breadth of deployment we do not have. Illustrations are marked as illustrations and hypotheticals as hypotheticals. Where an outcome is stated it is directional. Where we do not know something we say so, instead of putting a redaction bar where the honest answer is that we did not measure it.
The series continues on both sides of the house. Paul Ann Media publishes the demand side ... making an organization legible to the market, and measurable when the conversion happens somewhere else.
