Plain English. What this website collects, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us about Phase One or Peppermint, we get your name, email address and whatever you put in the message.
- Privacy requests. If you use the form below: your email, what you are asking for, and any details you add.
- What any website receives. Our host (Netlify) records standard request data, like IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to keep the site running and secure.
We don't add analytics, ad trackers or tracking cookies. There are no sign-up or payment forms on this site.
What we use it for
- Answering you.
- Following up on a conversation you started. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- Keeping the site secure and working.
Who sees it
- Companies that run the site and our email for us, only to provide that service.
- Anyone the law requires, such as a court order.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after we last talked with you, then deleted, unless you become a client. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.
Your choices
- See what we have about you.
- Correct it.
- Have it deleted.
- Stop hearing from us.
We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live. We'll answer within 30 days.
Clients
Work inside a client's business, including any data our layer reads, is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this page.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top.
