Who we are

Paul Ann Labs deploys AI inside a business, beside the systems it already runs. It is a Trimmie Holdings company. Paul Ann Media is our sister company, and HomeTimeJobs is a product of the family.

What we can and can't claim

We describe our work in general terms. We don't publish client names, data or results without a client's written permission, and we would rather say less than imply a breadth of deployment we do not have. Illustrations are marked as illustrations and hypotheticals as hypotheticals.

How we get paid

By our clients. Phase One is a monthly retainer, and our published prices are on the methodology page. Nobody pays us to recommend software, a vendor or a model. If that ever changes, we will say so where the recommendation appears.

How we use AI

• We use AI tools to help us research, write, design and make images. A person reviews everything before it is published, and we stand behind it as our own work.
• The photos on this site are AI-generated illustrations. The people and places in them are not real customers, workers or shops.
• The intelligence layer we build reports and recommends. People in your business decide.
• We don't use what you send us through this site to train AI models.
• Our pages are open to AI search tools (see robots.txt and llms.txt) so they can describe us accurately.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We don't use one client's data for another client or to train AI models, and we put what the layer may read, and who can see it, in writing before we start.
